Paragon Mail is a postal service that removes hassle and cost from your mail responsibilities whilst adding extra security and tracking capabilities. We can turn your mail around as fast as Royal Mail’s first class service but the cost is less than second class.
All collected mail is scanned and printed with an individual tracking code. This is then photographed and linked to the name and address shown in the window. After the day of posting [if tracking and proof is required] we can provide a photo image of the envelope displaying the tracked barcode and the time and date that it was processed. This allows reporting to show if a delay has happened internally or if a mail item was incorrectly presented. By using this service we can also provide evidence to show packaging failures which can cause a letter to be unable to be presented for delivery. These items are returned the following day for action and information can then be used for reporting and training to improve the quality of mail produced. The returned mail items have a fast turnaround. On the day they are returned via Royal Mail, they are handed over to the mail room for a response.
